Ingredients
6 potatoes
150 g of cooked beans
100 g canned corn
1 onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
cheese for sprinkling
sunflower oil
salt
Method
Peel the potatoes and Boil purposes. Chop and fry, add the tomato puree, then beans, corn and salt it. When boiled potatoes and cool to carve a spoon and put the mixture and sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake for 5-10 minutes in a hot oven.
