Rice pudding with fruit and nuts

Ingredients
300 g rice
2 liters of fresh milk
10 dates
10 dried apricots
10 prunes
1 handful of raisins
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 cup almonds or walnuts
rind of one lemon
Method
Rice, lemon zest and salt are put in cold milk, and regular stirring, bring to a boil. PLATES is minimized, and the rice was allowed to swell, the mixture is stirred from time to time. Almonds (or the walnuts) baked in a pan without oil and bruised in large pieces. Fruits are cut into small pieces. After boiling the rice is about 25 minutes, add fruit and nuts. Allow another 10 minutes on the stove. Finally, add the sugar and stir to melt. Spills on portions. Consumed both cold and warm. Can put vanilla, cinnamon or other spices to taste. Can splash of grenadine or cherry, or with sugar to put and butter.
