Sabbath waffles

Ingredients
100 g flour type 500
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
15 g of powdered sugar
1 eggs
175 ml milk
40 g butter
1 vanilla

Method
In a large bowl sift flour, salt and baking powder, add sugar. To the mixture was added to the yolk of the egg and a little milk and stir until a smooth cream. Gradually add the remaining milk and melted butter and vanilla until a dough consistency of boza. Waffle heat and smeared with butter. The egg white was mixed with clean, dry beaters hard snow and add to the dough. The batter is poured in Waffle under the direction manual for the device. Close and cook 30 seconds or until the waffle is golden. Longer baked waffles are darker and crispier while shorter baked are pale and soft. Finished waffles are served immediately with jam, cream, chocolate spread, honey or any other of your choice.

Well that reminded me I have not done soon. And many are rightly baptized *Saturday* as bavnichko bake.

Splendid waffle became much we liked :) I did a double dose, and I received 10 pcs, only replaced the butter with the oil. Thanks for the great recipe!
