Salad with avocado and onion

Ingredients
1 fully ripened avocado
lemon juice
2 carrots
40 g sheep cheese
1 small red onion
20 ml vinegar
10 ml dry sherry
10 ml sunflower oil
Rosehip sugar salt
fresh grated horseradish
chopped parsley
Method
Avocados are cleaned and cut into small pieces. Put it in the serving dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Carrots, grated on large grater and sprinkle on avocados. The feta cheese is smachkava with a fork and distributes top. The sauce is prepared by mixing the vinegar, sherry, the oil and horseradish Season with salt and sugar and pour the resulting sauce over salad, sprinkle parsley on top.
