Ingredients
300 g roasted peppers
100 g boiled corn
4 green onions
2-3 sticks of celery or parsley
salt
vinegar
oil
4-5 olives

Method
Peppers are cut into pieces and mixed with chopped onion, boiled corn and celery or parsley. Make a dressing of salt, vinegar and olive oil and pour it with salad. Decorate with olives.
