Schnitzel with mushroom potatoes

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
500 g potatoes
1-2 carrots
1 egg
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
pepper
1/2 cup flour batter
1-2 eggs batter
fat frying
Method
Mushrooms should be cleaned and washed. Boil in lightly salted water and drained, and then finely. Potatoes and carrots are cooked, peel and after cool is grated. Parsley cut into small pieces. The whole was mixed well and the mixture is formed elliptical schnitzels. Dip in flour and beaten egg and fry.
