Ingredients
2-3 pork trotters
2-3 pigs ears
1 liter milk
50 g butter
1 tsp red pepper
salt
garlic and vinegar Serving

Method
Pork trotters and ears singe fire, cleaned and washed. Boil in salted water in a pressure cooker, the ears are cut and boned legs. Back in the broth, add milk. When it boils put roux of melted butter and paprika. Serve with pressed garlic in vinegar separately and everyone seasoned portion optional.
