Spaghetti with minced meat and olives

Ingredients
400 g spaghetti
500 g minced meat
1 onion
5-6 cloves garlic
500 ml tomato juice
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
pinch of dried basil
150 g of cheese or parmesan
sugar
100 g olives

Method
Minced meat fry in 4-5 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil to make crumbs. Add chopped onion and garlic and continue frying until the onion softens. Place a tomato juice and chopped olives. Season to taste with salt, sugar, pepper, oregano and basil and leave on low heat to boil about 20 minutes to the sauce thickened. Boil pasta in salted water with 1 tbsp sunflower oil, to prevent sticking. Drain and serve in individual bowls. Top put the mixture of minced meat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or cheese. Optional put mayonnaise, mustard or ketchup.

I did tonight exactly the same, but instead of spaghetti, farfalle with leading of this recipe because I liked. I'm sure that spaghetti is great, I can now say that with farfalle became divinely delicious! Thanks for the recipe :)

I do make the same but with macaroni and becomes very tasty
