Spicy roast pork with a sweet crust

Ingredients
1.2 kg pork loin (piece)
2 tbsp orange marmalade
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp hot chili sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
cayenne pepper
salt
Method
The washed meat is placed in a baking dish, pour a few tablespoons of water and cook about 1 hour in the preheated oven at 200 C. The orange marmalade mixed with soy sauce, chili sauce, vegetable oil and cayenne pepper. Meat begins to smear with this mixture for 20 minutes before end of baking. Once you get spicy pork rind is removed from the oven and let stand for ten minutes. Then cut into slices, ranks in warmed serving plate and pour the sauce from baking. Serve with a garnish of your choice.
