Ingredients
1 kg spinach
2-3 green onions links
1/2 cup rice
1 tbsp tomato paste
pepper
pepper
dry mint
salt
sunflower oil
Method
Chopped onion stew in the heated sunflower oil. Spinach is washed, cut and add to the onion to stew. When the spinach is tender add the rice, tomato paste and all other spices, pour water and boil on the stove until the rice is tender.
