Squids with cheese and mayonnaise

Ingredients
4 squid
100 g cheese
100 g mayonnaise
parsley
salt
leaves of lettuce
Method
Squid Wash, peel and clean from chitin plate. Placed in hot salted water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Leave to cool, drain and cut into thin strips. Mixed with coarsely grated cheese and mayonnaise. The mixture was stirred and left in the refrigerator. Before serving is formed in a heap in a serving plate on the leaves of lettuce and garnish optional.
