Stew of lentils with leeks

Ingredients
2 cups lentils
2-3 cloves garlic
4-6 tbsp sunflower oil
1-2 leeks
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp tomato paste
savory
salt

Method
The lentils pour 4 pm .ch. cold water and half of sunflower oil and boil for about 20 minutes. In the remaining oil stew chopped and lightly salted leek. Soften the onion, add the flour, paprika, tomato paste and broth from the lentils. The dish is cooked in boiling 2-3 minutes quietly withdraw from heat and sprinkle with savory. Serving to keep sandwiching with a lid.
