Stuffed prunes

Ingredients
prunes
ham
Egg
breadcrumbs
sunflower oil
toothpicks
Method
Rinsed prunes soaked 1 hour in water, dried and carefully removed stones. The holes are filled with ham, plum dip in beaten egg, rolled in breadcrumbs and fry in plenty of sunflower oil. Prick each plum with a toothpick and serve immediately.
