Stuffed tomatoes with eggs and cheese

Ingredients
4 eggs
4 tomatoes
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
100 g feta cheese
4 slices of bread
1 tsp pepper
parsley
2 cloves garlic
Method
Wash off tomatoes trim covers them and drill them. Crush the garlic and mix it with 1 tbsp sunflower oil, mix well and coat the inside of the tomatoes. At the bottom of each of them put crumbled feta cheese, a pinch of chopped parsley on top tap an egg and sprinkle with black pepper. Arrange them in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake 10-15 minutes in very hot oven. Of slice cut 4 slices and fry them until golden. On each bun put one tomato and serve warm.
