Ingredients
1 kg hard tomatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
10 basil leaves
pinch of oregano
salt
pepper

Method
Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut them into eighths and arrange them in a bowl. Pour over the olive oil, basil and oregano disruptive. Stir well and serve.
