Trienitsa duck

Ingredients
1 kg or duck fat hen
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
1/4 cup (50 g) pork lard
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) flour
1 egg
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
Method
Well cleaned duck washed and boiled in salted water. In the lard fry chopped onions, stained with red pepper, diluted with some of the broth and let simmer to soften him.
