Veal meatballs with sauce podluchen

Ingredients
250-300 g beef
1 egg
1 stalk leek
1 tsp thyme
salt
# For the sauce:
600 g sterilized tomatoes
4-5 cloves garlic
Chapter 1 onions
1 dried pepper
stalks of parsley
1 tsp thyme
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
Method
Cut the leek into in small pieces and put in the minced meat with egg, thyme and salt. It is well kneaded. Chop and stew gently with 2 tbsp water. Once the water has evaporated, pour the oil. Fry for a minute under the hood. Then add dry pepper, chopped tomatoes and parsley sterilized. Pour 1/2 cup water, seasoned with thyme and salt to taste. Of minced meat form meatballs, rolled in flour and carefully placed in the simmering sauce. Cloves garlic crushed and added 5 minutes before the dish to withdraw from the fire. Finally, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
