Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
3-4 zucchini
2 eggplants
500 g tomatoes
4 onions
2-3 green peppers
parsley
mint
pepper
salt
sunflower oil

Method
Vegetables, without tomatoes, cleaned and washed, cut and put in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and put half peeled and grated tomatoes. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and mint, and the top rank sliced ​​tomatoes left. Pour a little sunflower oil and water and bake in a moderate oven for about an hour and a half. Can be served warm or cold.

If I am not mistaken it is called in Greece bryam. But I'm here in Crete and cook a little different. Fry everything and then bake it. It is really very tasty.

I was charmed by this dish, I recommend it and already known.

I am in Greece. Cook briam years, but without water / put top foil or roast in a pot /. Add dill. But everyone does as he likes.
