Zucchini with rice and skinless sausages

Ingredients
2 courgettes
150 g rice
4 skinless sausages
1 onion
6-7 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
pepper
nutmeg
1 sprig of dill
# TOPPING:
400 g yogurt
2 eggs
100 g feta cheese
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp flour

Method
Courgettes are washed, cleaned and grated. Add salt and drain the juice. In a pan put the oil and fry the chopped onions. After it is added and chopped skinless sausages. After about 1-2 minutes, add the washed rice and pozaparzhva until translucent. Finally put courgettes for 5-6 minutes to soften. To the mixture was added 300 ml water and absorb it when the rice is poured into a pan, added another 150 ml water, spices and stir. Leave in the oven at 250 C to absorb the liquid. Products for topping, mix thoroughly and pour courgettes. Bake in a slight reddening of the upper heater. Serve at least an hour after preparation, it can be cut into portions, without breaks shape.
