Antakya kebab platter

Ingredients
800 g beef or beef mince (oily)
1 onion
1/2 bunch fresh parsley
1 large red bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp black pepper and red pepper
1/2 or 1 tsp crushed dried chilli or cayenne pepper (optional)
2 tomatoes
2-4 long green peppers
1 tsp tomato paste

Method
In a blender or chopper grind chopped onion, parsley, red pepper and garlic if you do not have a blender chop them very finely. Add this mixture to the minced meat Salt to taste and add black pepper, red pepper and hot peppers (cayenne). Knead nice mince. Apply tomato puree bottom of suitable shallow baking dish and spread the minced meat. Align January nice. Then with a knife cut into 8 parts. Arrange the edge of the tray chopped tomatoes into eighths. Four places put green peppers - they are very long and cut. If you left him arrange tomatoes in the gaps between the pods. Bake in preheated kebab 200C degrees oven for 40-45 minutes or until ready to mince (depending on oven). Serve slightly chilled kebab with appropriate garnish.
