Ingredients
5 kg apples
5 liters of water
500 g sugar
Method
Apples are washed, cleaned of rotting parts (if any), ground with the hair or nice meat is crushed and put in suitable container - may in large enameled saucepan. Pour boiled water, the court is covered with a piece of cloth or cover, which should not be closed tightly and leave in a warm room to get fermentation. From time to time is a good mixture to stir. After about two months vinegar starts clarified and grabs a sponge. Strain through a colander first, then folded in gauze, among Ply put cotton, and pour into bottles.
