Apple-coconut cake

Ingredients
5 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp coconut
300 g apples
2 tbsp vermouth
vanilla
cinnamon
Method
Is broken yolks with the sugar, add the flour, then coconut, vanilla and vermouth. Finally gently stir in beaten egg whites. Pour in a form pre-coated with butter. Top arrange sliced ​​apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 15 minutes at 180C.
