Apples wine

Ingredients
4 apples
1/2 cup (100 ml) red wine
pinch of cinnamon
100 g cream
2 tbsp (20 g) sugar
80 g butter
Method
Peeled and cleaned of seed apples are cut into pieces and fry until soft in butter. Add sugar, cinnamon and wine and stew 5 minutes on low heat. Apples are arranged on the plate for dessert, sprinkled with strained syrup and served with whipped cream.
