Armenian meatballs

Ingredients
1 kg mince mixture
250 g breadcrumbs
1 egg
pinch ground allspice
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
pepper
flour for rolling

Method
Kneaded mince with breadcrumbs, egg, spices, crushed garlic and chopped parsley, and let stand for at least two hours. Formed into balls, rolled in flour and fry on both sides until golden.
