Ingredients
400 g of dry bread
2-3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
link coriander, salt
150 g crab meat optional

Method
Cut the bread into small pieces and place in a saucepan. Fry in olive oil crushed and chopped garlic, add salt, 1 bouillon cube with a taste of fish and about 500 ml water. After boiling the broth is poured onto the bread, and was stirred to yield a slurry. You can add chopped crab meat. Last added chopped coriander in small pieces. * This is a delicious side dish for fried fish and also a good way to utilize the bread that remains at the end of the day.
