Baked apples

Ingredients
4 apples
60 g raisins
3/4 cup (150 ml) white wine
1/4 cup (50 g) powdered sugar
30 g butter
lemon peel

Method
Washed raisins soaked half an hour in the wine. Rinsed and cleaned of seed apples are placed in a greased baking dish with butter fire, open filled with the dried raisins, mixed with lemon zest and sugar, add a piece of butter, pour in the wine and cook in low oven. Apples are served hot or cold. on apples can put whipped whites with sugar and dessert can be browned under the grill or in a hot oven.
