Ingredients
500 g perch
Spanish onion 2 cloves
2 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil
lemon 1
2 tbsp (20 g) breadcrumbs
pepper
salt
Method
The fish is cleaned of any portion an incision is made, which raises the lemon slice. Bottom of a fireproof container smeared with sunflower oil, is arranged in the chopped onion and cook perch, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and sunflower oil and bake in a very hot oven.

will try the recipe required, but what is this Spanish onion? With ours is not it?
I used onions, do not know what is Spanish.
