Baked potatoes with smoked meat and cream

Ingredients
1-1.2 kg potatoes
2-3 cloves garlic
300 g bacon, ham or smoked meat
250 ml liquid cooking cream
vegetable seasoning
little butter and sunflower oil
salt , dill and pepper
cheese for sprinkling

Method
Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and put in salted water to boil until slightly tender. Should not be completely cooked, or until the end of cooking will become mushy. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with optional clip-two vegetable seasoning. garlic and smoked meat is chopped and lightly fried in sunflower oil and a little butter, as to blend flavors. Add the cream (if you like more sauce, add a little water in which potatoes mumbo) and when the sauce boil, pour it over the potatoes. Sprinkle with pepper and a little dill (I used dried dill), mix gently and place the dish to bake at 200C to full readiness. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and leave in the oven for a few minutes to seal.
