Baklava with hazelnuts and walnuts

Ingredients
400 g filo pastry sheets
100 g ground hazelnuts
100 g ground walnuts
cinnamon
sunflower oil
# For the syrup:
2 cup sugar
2 cup water

Method
Hazelnuts and the walnuts mix, add the cinnamon and mix well. Take one sheet of phyllo, smeared with sunflower oil, put it on the second sheet and put very little sunflower oil, because it absorbs from the first sheet. Insert the mixture at one end and wound care. Similarly prepare all the sheets. Bake in a moderate oven. Reference is a syrup of water and sugar. Moist when baklava is cold and syrup - hot. Consumed the next day.

first try version with hazelnuts in the filling. I liked the taste.

BEH decided this year to try only hazelnuts and did not tried, there is still something kettle and other rights
