Banana Souffle

Ingredients
6 bananas
5 tbsp sugar
vanilla 1
2 eggs
1 tbsp rum
Method
Bananas are cut in half lengthwise, as their shell remains, but inside is crushed puree. Yolks are broken with sugar until creamy white and add to puree bananas. Egg whites are broken down into hard snow and carefully added to the banana mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon in one direction only. Carefully fill the banana peel and stacked in an oily slightly Court. Bake in preheated oven weak, until a golden-brown tint. During the baking oven opening.

Interesnen dessert, and it is not difficult! :)

Today I did it and I loved it, but it Peko in ordinary bowls of custard.
