Banitsa bananas

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
30 g salt
150 g sunflower oil
150 g lard
3-5 bananas
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Involved dough. Brush with sunflower oil and let rest 5 minutes. Pellets are made. Lubricated with sunflower oil and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Then from each ball is made crust and rotates, but can also prepare and as thin as possible. Butts are removed. Bananas are creased and put on the dough sheet. Sheet is rolled, the both ends are trimmed. Reference is banitsa spiral shape. Dab with sunflower oil and bake at 180-200 C. The finished banitsa sprinkle with powdered sugar.
