Banitsa Gastronomy with mayonnaise

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
300 g feta cheese
200 g mayonnaise
4 eggs
500 ml milk
Method
In tray rank two of the sheet on them and crushed part of the feta cheese. Top again put two sheets and put back feta cheese. This repeats until finally remain top pastry. Cut into pieces. Eggs are broken and add to the mayonnaise and milk and finished mixture is poured over the sheet. After flooding above must obtain small puddles and if it is felt that a little milk can be replenished.

Very tasty pie :) I used several variations of this pie - sometimes put inside cheese and ham :)

I have not thought to put other things inside, but thanks for the idea. My people at home straight adore her and disappears in seconds. :)

This phenomenon is available in our house - just say you start and after a while no pie :)
