Banitsa with skinless sausage and cheese with sauce

Ingredients
400-500 g filo pastry sheets
1 kg skinless sausages
300 g cheese
200 g mayonnaise
4 eggs

Method
Cut the skinless sausages on wheels. Put two sheets in the tray and redim skinless sausages and grated cheese on top again peel and skinless sausages and cheese and so to do with the other sheets. Separately, beat eggs and mayonnaise, cut the banitsa pieces and pour with topping. Bake at 200C until ready. * You can make the banitsa with ham or other sausage of your choice.
