Bavarian cream - II type

Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
6 g (1/2 tbsp) gelatin
1 cup cream + 2 tbsp icing sugar stirring it
1 vanilla
1 tsp vegetable oil

Method
Soak gelatin in cold water. Egg yolk mix with sugar and dilute with gradually adding milk. The mixture flavored with vanilla and boil, stirring constantly until it begins to thicken. Add the gelatin and mix until dissolved. The mixture is filtered through a sieve and cooled. Mixed the cream previously whipped with powdered sugar. The cream is well mixed, pour into cups or shapes, coated with a thin vegetable oil and place in the refrigerator. Optional garnish with whipped cream, candied fruit, crackers or biscuits.
