Beef kebabs
Ingredients
800 g veal
100 g butter
5-6 heads (300 g) onion
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
5 chili peppers
1/2 bunch parsley
savory
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
2 tsp (10 g) pepper
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1 tbsp (20 g) tomato paste

Method
Cut the meat into in small pieces and fry gently in the heated oil. To it were added onions, chopped, flour, red pepper, tomato paste, a little broth and salt to taste. When the meat is tender, add pepper peppers, black pepper and savory. The dish is left on low heat for another ten minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and remove from heat.
