Beef roulade

Ingredients
4 steaks push
30 g butter
1/2 cup (100 ml) wine
1 small onion
meat broth
lemon juice
parsley
pepper
salt
# For the filling:
50 g of boiled beef or chicken
50 g salo
1 small onion
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 egg
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Bovine steaks are crushed, add salt is sprinkled with pepper, lemon juice, place stuffing (finely chopped meat, salo, onion and parsley, add the egg, breadcrumbs, pepper, salt and possibly a few drops of cognac), wound and thus prepared roulade attach with toothpicks. Onion cut into slices, fry in butter until yellowing, add roulade, fry is, pour the wine and broth and sauté in the oven until soft. Before presentation to the sauce is added finely chopped parsley.
