Biscuit cake Mille-feuille

Ingredients
400 g biscuits Papadopoulos (2 packages)
200 g whipped cream
400 g sugar
4 eggs
10 sachets vanilla
700 ml milk
8 tbsp sifted flour
50 ml water
100 g chocolate

Method
Eggs are broken with sugar until blanching using a blender. Insert the milk and continue to stir with mixer adding and vanilla. The finished mixture is placed in a water bath on the stove. Is made from water and starch flour, taking care to leave no lump. When the mixture of milk is now fully quite boiling was added and the starch to the cream thickens. The cream should boil until thickened then remove from heat. It added 2 tbsp of whipped cream and stir until cream melted. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. In tray rectangular base is made from a packet of biscuits. Whichever is the cream and smeared on top, as the cream must be pretty (1.5 cm height). With a spoon take some of the melted chocolate and pour gently trickle. It ranks as the second packet of biscuits as not pressed against the cream underneath. Add the remaining cream, as smoothed. Take the whipped cream and covered her whole cream. Take a spoonful of chocolate and a thin struika make shapes.

Kremena, I think 10 vanillin are many and it seems to me that the cream will bitterness ...

no bitterness make this recipe is more than two years and we happened to me something like

I only today did this cake, not sozhih 10 vanillin, and only 1 / 2ch.l. liquid vanilla and reduced the sugar in half. We have not yet opitai, tomorrow it will try write how to taste.
