Biscuits in two colors

Ingredients
500 g flour
30 g cocoa
2 tsp yeast
3 pinches of salt
50 g almonds
250 g cold butter cubes
180 g sugar
2 eggs
vanilla 1
2 apples
Method
In a bowl mix the butter and sugar, then add eggs, vanilla, flour and yeast, and salt. Knead the dough quickly and is divided into two parts. On one added cocoa. The dough is Eaux Vives fsunflower with oil and placed in the chamber for 1 hour. Then cocoa dough Grate in large pieces grater. Spread the good in baking dish greased and floured already. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and covered with apples cut into thin slices. Grate the remaining batter and sprinkle over apples (do not press the dough).
