Bombing

Ingredients
800 g pork
2 leeks
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/3 cup red wine
1 tbsp paprika
pinch of pepper
1 hot pepper
salt

Method
Meat, cut into pieces and chopped leek sauté until soft, then add the red pepper, tomato paste, wine and hot pepper. Add salt and pour in the pan, sprinkle with pepper and bake in the oven until the fat remains.
