Bratsigovo asks

3 and 1/2 cup (250 g) flour
2 tsp (10 g) salt
1 cup (200 ml) lukewarm water
1 tsp (6 g) yeast
4 eggs
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) feta cheese crumbled
250 g butter
Prepare the dough from flour, water, yeast and salt. Divide into 10-15 balls and rolled buns with a diameter of 15-20 cm, which are coated with plenty of butter. Half of the buns are stacked and generally rolled sheet, big as a tray in which you will bake the cake. This crust is put in plenty of butter buttered baking dish and cover with a uniform layer of crumbled feta cheese, mixed with three eggs. The rest of buns also stacked and rolled into a sheet, which is placed on the filling. So shaped cake is coated with beaten egg and bake in a medium high heat.

Now bake if successful will get and photos :) I did half the dose because I have a small baking pan .. Also I added 2 tablespoons lard to butter, and sprinkled sesame crust on each, and less savory sprinkled on top :) It smells delicious, but to see how it tastes. Just do not understand why I can not give an assessment lacks the option to evaluate this recipe ..
