Ingredients
2 tbsp (complete) Gee or butter
2 cup flour
2 tbsp (complete) yogurt
pinch of salt

Method
The fat was ground to flour, which is placed in salt, put yoghurt, kneads dough is very firm. The dough into two balls that are rolled, sprinkled with flour and put one over the other. Wound on the cylinder. It cut pieces about two fingers thick. Placed with the cut side down, clinging to become flat and rolled slightly. Bake in a dry skillet over 2/3 of the power of the stove until they are golden brown and crispy. * Consume warm. * If not enough, you can add more fat. * The yogurt can be substituted with 4-5 tbsp water.

The recipe is from Pakistan and northern India. I'm doing them with margarine, so are suitable for fasting. And I personally put a lot more salt, 1 tsp And so, says Danny, jam, I never tried! Will definitely try!

We like it this much bread, but so far I had not cooked at home. It was not bad, but I think there was a need plenty of fat. This oil is sold in blocks and the packaging of each block is indicated how 1. L. I put about 3 s. L., But seemed a little because the individual layers of paratata not seen.
