Buns with breadcrumbs

Ingredients
500 ml milk
1 kg of flour
1 cup lard, butter or other fat
dry yeast 1
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
breadcrumbs for rolling

Method
Pre-warmed milk added to it the yeast, salt, sugar and half fat. Knead into a soft dough as interfering with greased hands. Formed into balls the size of a walnut melt in fat (slightly warmed), then each pellet to add some breadcrumbs and shouting in a greased tray. Leave to rise for 30-40 minutes and bake in preheated oven 180-200 C for 40 minutes.

but I do not put

Vesi, and I make this recipe, but instead roll in galeta- smash 50 ml. fat breadcrumbs 2-3 tablespoons flour and salt to taste and pour already leavened buns.

I put in a little Cheese inside were wonderful Vesi BRAVO!

I buchvam less Cheese in each ball and skirts mixed with oil, salt and breadcrumbs, after rise.

I followed everything and became great.
