Buns with lemonade Mom

Ingredients
750 g flour
2 eggs
400 ml lemonade or other carbonated napita
1 package dry yeast (as much as 750 g flour)
1 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp sunflower oil
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
In pan sifted flour 3 times (maybe only two) add the yeast, sugar and a pinch of salt and mix. Make a well in it put the eggs and lemonade and knead dough, adding more flour if necessary. Blended into a soft dough with greased or wet hands detach and form balls which are arranged in a baking dish. Do topping. Leave to rise, then bake in a preheated 200C until golden. Before firing can be smeared with egg. By subtracting sprinkled with plenty of icing sugar.
