Ingredients
1 kg sauerkraut
1 cup Rice
200 g sunflower oil
2 onions
1 cup cabbage juice
Method
Chop the onion finely and fry in the oil, to which is added the chopped cabbage, Cover and boil until tender cabbage. Separately cooked rice pour over the cabbage, stir well, add the cabbage soup. Boil once more, remove from heat to cool. Concentrate, eaten cold.
