Burana with spinach
Ingredients
1 kg spinach
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
100 g butter
1-2 cloves garlic
500 g yogurt
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
1 tsp ( 5 g) red pepper

Method
Finely chopped onion stew in the butter until soft, then stir several times with flour and then added red pepper. Add cleaned, washed and chopped spinach with peeled and chopped cloves of garlic. Pour over the warm water, add salt, sprinkle with pepper and leave to simmer. Serve cold with yogurt.

It is very tasty, I add a little rice and dill!
