Buterki peach

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
4 peaches
7-8 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 egg
powdered sugar
Method
Peaches Peel, halve and cleaned from the stones. The dough was cut into 8 square. In the middle of each half is placed in the peach. Sugar mixed with cinnamon dusted less on peach. Wrap up the four corners of the squares and top is brushed with beaten egg. Buterkite bake in preheated oven.
