Butter peaches

Ingredients
1 kg small fresh peaches
150-200 g of sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
100 g of nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts)
1 egg
125 ml cream
20 g of powdered sugar
1 kg puff pastry
Method
Peaches Peel, halve and remove pits. The dough is cut into squares (according to the size of peaches). On each square put half a peach in place of stone put kernel (or two). Sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon. The peach is screwed, by combining the four edges of the dough. Smeared with beaten egg to make it stick better and bake in pre-heated oven slightly. After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Garnish with whipped cream shattered.
