Butter with spices

Ingredients
200 g soft butter
2 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp onion (or feathers of green onions)
1 tbsp fresh basil
1 tsp fresh thyme
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp lemon juice
pepper salt
Method
Spices are washed and dried. Cut into very small pieces. The butter salt and beat with mixer until fluffy. Add spices, crushed garlic, lemon juice and black pepper. Mix carefully and well. The butter was partitioned into small piles or cooling, is formed into a roll by means of a transparent foil. Keep in refrigerator, well covered. fit is to eat one week. May freeze.
