Ingredients
750 g cabbage
1 tbsp sugar
400 g minced meat
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
pinch ground allspice
1 cube of meat broth
50 g butter
# For toppings:
cooked potatoes
canned cranberries
Method
Cabbage cut into strips and fry gently in the butter. Add the syrup, stir and leave to cool. Mince mix with the salt and spices. Minced meat and cabbage mix, stir and put in baking tin. Bouillon cube is dissolved in 300 ml hot water and poured into pudding. Bake in a preheated 175 C oven for 40-50 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes and canned cranberries.
