Cake for Christmas and New Year

5 eggs
300 g sugar
100 g butter
100 g flour
200 g plums or peaches (compost)
200 g of raisins or a mix of dried dates, apricots and figs
200 g walnuts
1 tsp lemon peel
2 tbsp rum

The butter and sugar are broken down and add the egg yolks one by one. Then pour the flour and beaten egg whites. All chopped fruit and chopped walnuts confused with grated lemon rind and rum. The two mixtures were combined and confused good hand. Bake cakes in form 50 minutes. Cool and wrapped in metal foil and kept cold in the refrigerator. Consumed after 7-10 days.
